We are located at Pollard Yard. Unit 137 Pollard Yard, 15 Pollard Street East, Manchester, M40 7QX. We are on the edge of Ancoats. A 1-minute walk from Holt Metrolink station and a 15-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train Station.
Yes! It's not a marketing gimmick. Pollard Yard is a fantastic space with over 100 shipping container conversions. Ours is a studio but you'll also find nail salons, dog groomers, tattoo artists, bakeries and so much more. There is a cafe on site too.
